At Sano Genetics, our mission is to make clinical research in precision medicine faster, more inclusive, and more efficient. In our Q2 2025 product webinar, we unveiled new features that can help study teams streamline patient onboarding, scale testing logistics, and deliver more personalized participant experiences.
We recognized that neither sites nor patients need another platform to sign up for and log into with yet another set of login credentials. To avoid tech fatigue and lower the barriers to sign up, participants can now check eligibility without creating a Sano account. We also introduced one-click sign-in via Google, reducing drop-off and simplifying access from the start.
To give study teams more control, we’ve expanded customization across study pages and in-platform communications. You can tailor landing pages to match your branding and content style, with flexible layouts and configurable calls-to-action.
Inside the Virtual Waiting Room, you can use cards to deliver tailored content, from education to updates, with targeting based on each participant’s stage in the study journey. Whether someone has just been recruited or already completed testing, they see what’s most relevant to them, when it matters most.
Launching a biomarker study in multiple countries? Our new KitLink infrastructure supports both Sano’s integrated lab/logistics network and external vendor configurations, with built-in guardrails and tracking.
Our new referral system automates eligibility matching and gives teams full visibility from match to randomization. It’s designed to streamline coordination across sponsors, sites, and referral managers. It can also help reduce the risk of participants slipping through the cracks due to scattered processes.
These updates are all about giving study teams more power to scale efficiently, while delivering a better experience for participants.
